Marketing

Upon receipt of the Landlord's formal instruction we will market the property by various means to find a suitable tenant. Where possible a 'To Let' board will be erected at the property. The property will be advertised in local press (Local Papers, Property Guide), on our website and on other key property portals including Find a Property, Primelocation, Rightmove and Propertyfinder. Details will also be displayed in the agency windows.

We will contact all suitable prospective tenants and forward the property details to the corporate relocation agents on our database. We accompany all viewing's of your property.

Negotiation & Referencing.

We will liaise between the Landlord and Tenant to settle terms and agree the rent. In addition we do full referencing to ensure that all parties are satisfied. Further more Link-Estates Ltd provides a range of letting and management services. Based on our experience, you can be assured that we have a detailed understanding of the letting's and management sector and will ensure that you are given the best possible service.

• Collecting monthly rental payments and providing monthly accounting to Landlords

• Arranging annual gas safety checks (chargeable)

• Periodic inspection of the property and reporting of any problems

• Obtaining competitive quotations and, upon approval, arranging for necessary repairs/maintenance to be carried out

• Contacting the Tenant and arranging for renewals and/or check-out as necessary
